Synopsis
When Gillian Moody and Adrian Russell Wills met making their first short film together little did they know that twenty five years later they would be best friends relying on each other to navigate the emotional rollercoaster of being Aboriginal, adopted into white families, who in adult years created deep relationships with their bloodline families. This story explores the importance of discovering your place in the world and in realising that home and love truly can be found in the people and places that your heart connects too. KINDRED is a journey into the complexities of family, self love, isolation and belonging.
