The CIPS VIC Committee and ORIX Australia warmly invite procurement professionals to join us over lunch to hear how businesses can optimise their fleet for a changing world.

Is the traditional fleet model the best solution for your business during times of uncertainty? The pandemic put a halt on some businesses while sending others into overdrive. This change has impacted the way businesses manage and lease their vehicles. As the new normal takes shape, new ways are emerging to manage vehicles more effectively. Peter Clifford, Business Manager Fleet Solutions from ORIX Australia, will explore a combination of best practice fleet management strategies to optimise fleets, aimed at cutting costs and increasing efficiencies to minimise future challenges.
