Kirtan is an ancient practice, a musical journey of coming together in harmony to connect with our inner nature of peace, bliss and unconditional love. Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.
This magical afternoon of meditation, mantra, music and community will leave you feeling invigorated, connected and happier!
Ticket prices are scaled based on what you are able to spend. A $60 ticket gifts 6 people a free yoga, music or meditation session, a $70 ticket will gift 7 people and so on.
Tickets are tax deductible and 100% of the profits will go to help A Sound Life serve more people with free uplifting music, yoga and meditation sessions
