Circle of Security Parenting Program - Term 4 Afternoon Session

Circle of Security is an evidence-based parenting program that helps caregivers understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. Based on attachment theory, it focuses on building secure parent-child relationships that support children's confidence, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. The program also encourages parents to reflect on their own experiences and caregiving patterns, helping them strengthen connections with their children and foster a secure foundation for healthy development. Ultimately, Circle of Security aims to strengthen the parent-child bond, helping children feel safe, valued, understood, and supported as they grow and navigate the world around them. This is a 8 week program that runs from 1pm-2:30pm every Thursday.
