The session will be led by Jason Hyde an experienced facilitator who understands the real‑world challenges parents / carers face in parenting.

You’ll reconnect with the key foundations of the internationally recognised program, including:

Welcome Me In being the safe place they return to

Shark Music recognising your own triggers and stress signals

Rupture and Repair rebuilding connection when things go off track

A solid, practical reset for parents / carers who want to keep showing up strong.
