Ballarat Libraries is proud to present Wellbeing Matters, a series of monthly sessions focusing on general wellbeing. Learn, share and connect in these engaging sessions where local guests share their knowledge and wisdom to help us lead happier and healthier lives.
Sing for your health in this Circlesong session led by George Williams from Arts for Health Australia. Together, we will use our voices to build layers of improvised melody, harmony and rhythm through simple call‑and‑response.
Singing in a group can improve mood, reduce stress and build social connections.
No musical experience required - just bring your voice and your curiosity.
