What does it really take to turn circular economy thinking into business reality? In this hands-on workshop, leading circular economy thinker Ken Webster will guide you through practical ways to redesign products, business models and systems for lasting impact.

Drawing on insights from his keynote address on 20 November, you’ll dive into a live case study - reimagining BIC’s iconic lighter - to explore the possibilities of circular design, system innovation and future-ready business models.

Through participatory group work, system mapping and collaborative redesign, you’ll learn how to:

Translate big-picture thinking into applied business action
Identify leverage points for systemic change
Design circular products and models that create value, not waste

Expect lively group work, cross-sector collaboration and direct guidance from Ken. You’ll leave with fresh tools, sharper insights and the confidence to apply circular thinking to your own business challenges.
