Join this 5-week Circular Woodworking Programme- Power Tool 101 with The ReCreators.
This is a great opportunity to improve your woodworking and power tool skills while making creative, beautiful and functional crafted wood items. You will learn how to use a jigsaw, drill, sanders and other hand tools.
We'll be focussing on hand made objects you can give away in the Christmas season
Sharpen your woodworking and power tool skills while having a blast in this exciting workshop!
Design and build project options could include:
Chopping boards/platters
Creative containers: crates, boxes, planters, toolboxes
Free Design
Mini tables, steps, shelves
There will be a health and safety briefing at the start of the workshop to inform participants of safety precautions before we begin using tools. All participants must wear old clothes, covered shoes and non-flowing clothing (tight-ish!). Some work may be outdoors, please wear a sun hat and sunscreen if outdoors and it is daylight.
* Please note children are not able to attend with guardians due to health and safety requirements.
* Please note that you need to arrive at this workshop for the beginning of class and the health and safety briefing to be able to take part in the rest of the class.
