Circularity Consulting is the result of a dynamic collaboration between Catharine Hydon and Kerrie O'Neill.

We are bound by our past, studying together over 20 years ago, and through many conversations "finely attuned to the conditions of the present and speculatively open to the possibilities of the future" (Ingold, 2021, p.200). We share contemporary beliefs about the circularity of teaching and learning that unites 'us-two' (Yunkaporta, 2019, p 22) in dialogic conversations that has resulted in a shared vision and renewed purpose for our work.

Circularity Consulting shapes these conversations into a suite of professional learning opportunities for leaders and educators that transform patterns of thinking in early years of teaching and learning.
