Event description

Join CircularSTL for a symposium on circularity, presented by Ripple Glass.

The event will shine a light on effective circular activities in the region, creating opportunities for like-minded organizations and entrepreneurs to share ideas and resources, and demonstrate support for a sustainable future for the region. We are anticipating 50-75 attendees, spanning business, government, nonprofit, and academic sectors.

The symposium is co-organized with earthday365, Washington University Office of Sustainability, Cortex Innovation District, UMSL’s Community Innovation and Action Center, 10 Billion Strong, Linear to Circular, and Race to Zero Waste. Funding support comes from the Midwest Big Data Hub and Upstream Solutions.

The CircularSTL Symposium will include a series of talks, panels, and breakout discussions to help push circular ideas forward. We will connect leaders across sectors to discover and leverage resources that can make sustainability the norm in our area and throughout the Midwest. Engage with experts from Missouri Gateway Green Building Council, Missouri Botanical Garden, Passback, Cortex, New Earth Farm, the Washington University Office of Sustainability, earthday365, Ripple Glass, Morph Bags, and more!
