30 minutes of mindful movement in your own space, at your own pace!

Somatic dancing is a rich and open-ended movement class based in the somatic approach of Body-Mind Centering® and the foundations of contemporary dance and improvisation – weight, space, rhythm, balance, breath, fluidity – with a focus on how the movement feels from the inside out.

Designed to get your fluids and mind circulating, every class is different, and you are encouraged to adapt the movement to your own needs, interest and energy.

Sundays & Tuesday 5pm Eastern/2pm Pacific

Book for the whole series of 9 classes to receive access to recordings, available for at least a year.

Single sessions are also available for drop-in - this does not include recordings.

Sliding scale fees from $8 - $15 per session
