Roll up! Roll up!

The acro circus is coming to Goolwa Town! 😁

Alicia, Kerryn, Lydia & Dave are excited to introduce you to the circus side of AcroYoga with some entry level fun that's  accessible to everyone.

With partnered and group activities the workshop aims to foster a supportive environment where we'll explore balance with ourselves and others, find some edges and have a heap of fun in the process!

What you can expect..

-A fun warmup with some games 🥳

-Calibration and Progression exercises

-Awesome partnered and group balancing poses 🤸

-And please..

-Join us for a shared lunch afterwards! 😋

Our aim is for everyone to come away having felt the joy of connecting with their inner child in a supportive environment and with a deeper connection with community. Not to mention you'll go home with some cool games to share with your friends and family 😄
