Through his unique fusion of skills and knowledge, Sanford introduces "Circus Therapies And Skills to Performance."

🎯 Who Can Attend: Designed for ages 8 and up, this workshop aims to develop physical, mental, emotional, social, and economic resilience. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, everyone is welcome!

• Juggling: Balls, clubs, and rings.
• Ground to Air Tumbling: Depending on progressions of safety and upper body strength.
