20 minutes of fitness and conditioning at midday every weekday. Usually accompanied by an extra 20mins of talking/laughing/whingeing/kids and pets interrupting. No equipment is required although a yoga mat or similar is nice. Come as often or rarely as you like. Usually led by Jane.

Tossing with Neisha
Mondays 6th September - 27th September inclusive

Neisha is a loveable larrikin who specialises in tossing objects into the air. For the last 20 years, she has dedicated herself to circus arts and would love to help you achieve your juggling dreams. This class will cater to the students and assist them in learning new tricks, skills and a few life lessons will be thrown in

Strength & Flexibility
Tuesdays 7th September - 28th September inclusive
6:00pm - 7:15pm

This class will flow through pilates, mobility and strengthening exercises to connect with our bodies and nurture those forgotten muscles back into activation. Each week will include an elongated stretch session to help release tension and work on tightened areas. We will focus on conditioning for our aerialists and acrobats but the class is open and welcoming for all bodies.

Strentch
Wednesdays 8th September - 29th September inclusive

Wear your favourite costume (or your PJs), bring a beverage of choice and come dapple in some daggy dancing, perhaps a plank, and a side dish of silly. This 45mins of conditional conditioning is more about moving your body in a way that feels good and giggling with your wow community. Stretch is what happens when designing class plans after a couple of wines. Facilitated by Sarah but open for anyone to lead who would like to share how they are moving in/surviving lockdown life.

Beginner Hoops
Saturdays 11th September - 2nd October inclusive

Have you never hooped before? Or have you just started to master keeping a hoop on your waist but no idea what to do next? This class is for you! We will spin, celebrate, and drop the hoop countless times as you learn the basics of on and off-body hooping in a nurturing and fun way to get fit.

Hoops
Saturdays 11th September - 2nd October inclusive

This class is open to hoopers with a little experience. We explore the technical, creative and dance elements of hooping in a fun and supportive environment. New tricks are learnt with an emphasis on finding your individual style and connection to this plastic circle that has enchanted many around the globe.

Handstands Beginners/Intermediate
Sundays 12th September - 3rd October inclusive

Feeling like you’re not sure if a handstand class is for you? Haven’t been upside down for 30years? The first class will take it slow, and focus on correct body position, warm-up drills and flexibility. Handstands can be done at any level; even if you have no desire to turn completely upside down you can gain strength, flexibility and body awareness from this course. The class will include drills for increasing stamina/endurance, free holding handstands, press to handstand, and arm to arm/hand to hand balances in adagio.

NEW TO CIRCUS WOW? Welcome! Circus WOW is a membership based community group for women 18+. An Annual Membership fee of $10.50 is required for participation in all classes and workshops. EMERGENCY CONTACT: Required when booking a class. We have seen medical emergencies occur in both physical and not-so-physical classes. An emergency contact helps your trainer to support you in the unlikely event that a medical emergency occurs.
