 WHAT'S ON? 

Beginners Aerials

Mondays 13th October – 15th December (10 weeks)
6:30pm - 8:00pm
Trainer: Jane Davis

Calling all newbies and those itching to brush up on the basics! Join us for a fun class where we’ll swing, soar, and flip through the fundamentals of aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. You’ll learn beginner tricks, master the art of climbing, flip upside down like a pro, and discover the magic of proper technique while building strength and flexibility!

Adagio Act Development (Closed Group)

Tuesdays 14th October - 28th October (3 weeks)

6:30pm – 8:00pm

The final push for our dazzling Cirque du Squeal adagio act!!! Please note that this class is only open to the group act members who have been brewing this performance in terms 2 & 3.

Mixed Level Adagio

Tuesdays 11th November - 16th December (6 weeks)

6:30pm – 8:00pm

Been itching to try out or practice your ground based skills? Come along to Adagio with Jane, also known as the fine art of standing on our friends! We'll play with partner and group acrobatics in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Newbies welcome.

Intermediate/Advanced Open Training

Wednesdays 15th October - 17th December (10 weeks)

6:30pm – 8:30pm

With Louise off on her next adventure we’re going to take some time to focus on our skills and strength! Short sharp Wednesday night training to condition and get our aerials muscles firing through the winter months. We’ll focus on our climbs, endurance and those pesky fundamentals we sometimes ignore. Get ready to feel the burn and polish up our routines!

Pre-reqs: High confidence and a wide range of skill in each apparatus, and strong body awareness.

Intermediate Trapeze

Thursdays 16th October - 6th November (4 weeks) 

6:30pm – 8:30pm

Trainer: Emma K

In this class, we’ll be diving into new skills, mastering transitions, and crafting some fabulous sequences and routines. This is the perfect playground for aerialists itching to hone their static trapeze skills and expand their repertoire of tricks.` Stay tuned for what comes after this 4 week block.

Pre-reqs: Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Stamina and fitness to begin working on sequences and routine building.

Open Training

Sundays 19th October - 14th December

2:00pm - 4:00pm

Trainer: Facilitated by committee members

Work independently on your skills and endurance. This is a space for training skills you already know, practicing routines and honing your technique!

 NEW TO CIRCUS WOW?  Welcome! Circus WOW is a membership-based community group for women 18+. An Annual Membership Fee of $20.00 is required for participation in all classes and workshops. Please purchase a $20.00 Circus WOW 2025 Annual Membership ticket in addition to your class booking(s). Please also complete this consent and medical screening form HERE before classes start.

 EMERGENCY CONTACT:   Required when booking a class. We have seen medical emergencies occur in both physical and not-so-physical classes.  An emergency contact helps your trainer to support you in the unlikely event that a medical emergency occurs.
