A fantastic event that delivered real value for both CITL members and sponsors. Well-structured break‑out sessions made it easy for people to connect, share ideas and have meaningful conversations.
CITL Connect: Cloud, infrastructure and ITSM
Description
Technology leaders are under increasing pressure to deliver resilient, secure and efficient digital services while balancing cost, complexity and user expectations. Yet Cloud, Infrastructure and IT Service Management (ITSM) are too often discussed as separate disciplines when, in reality, they are parts of the same journey.
At our third CITL Connect event, we'll explore how these three critical pillars work together to enable successful service delivery. Using a simple but powerful analogy: Cloud is the vehicle, Infrastructure is the engine, and ITSM provides the controls, safety systems and direction that ensure users arrive at their destination successfully. Individually, each component has value. Together, they create the foundation for modern, reliable and user-focused IT services.
Through expert insights, peer discussion and practical examples, we'll examine how organisations can align cloud strategy, infrastructure capability and service management practices to create a cohesive operating model. We'll also consider how frameworks such as ITIL and modern service management approaches help connect technology investment to business outcomes.
As with previous CITL Connect events, the session will combine thought leadership presentations with interactive discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to share experiences, challenges and lessons learned with peers from across the sector.
Whether you're responsible for cloud adoption, infrastructure operations, service delivery or organisational transformation, this event will provide valuable perspectives on how these interconnected disciplines can work together to drive better services and better outcomes.
