A Zero Waste Workshop with Araluen Hagan

Discover the simple steps to making delicious cordials – citrus and botanicals Fire cider. Learn which herbs and Australian botanicals you can add to enhance your flavoured waters.

This workshop will look at your fridge, pantry and what’s growing in your garden, and bring that together with local, seasonal produce. Traditional Australian botanicals are also incorporated, with cultural reverence, to create a series of hands-on, relevant and practical recipes for everyday use.

These workshops meet Teacher Registration requirements and AITSL standards. Certificate & tax invoice issued on completion of workshops.
