City Campus Open Day - 10th February 2026

Our Open Days are the best way to get a real taste of college life and find out more about which study programme or Apprenticeship is right for you.

Please note - the person interested in studying at The Sheffield College needs to book a general admission - student/applicant ticket. All other guests should book a parent/carer general admission ticket.

The event runs from 4pm until 6pm.

At this event, you will have the opportunity to:

• tour our campus - explore communal areas such as our libraries, refectories, coffee shops and break-out spaces

• find out about our expanding T Level qualification offer

• check out the facilities you will be learning in, including our industry-standard kitchens, workshops, sports hall, our state of the art healthcare training suite, working salons, and nursery set ups, just to name a few

• get involved in the interactive activities which will be running on the night in each sector

• meet your future tutors - ask them about the study programmes you're interested in and the typical entry requirements you will need

• see the type of work you will be doing and meet some of our current students

• consider all your different study options - figure out whether a full-time study programme or Apprenticeship is the right approach for you

• speak with our tutors to access support with your maths and English qualifications

• speak to our award-winning in-house Careers Team to figure out the best steps to achieving your dream career

Also available on the night:

• submit an application with support from our Admissions Team

• find out about the support we provide all of our students

• check whether you may be eligible for financial support

• meet our SEND Team and speak to them about any additional support needs you may have

Each event will cover all levels of study, including A Levels, T Levels, Adult, Access to University Level, Apprenticeships, Study Programmes for School Leavers and University Level.
