What makes our ‘City Heart’ pump?
To guide growth and change in and around Clarence’s principal activity centre, Clarence City Council is developing a shared vision and framework called the City Heart Plan. The City Heart aims to bring together Rosny Park, Kangaroo Bay and Bellerive village into a thriving and vibrant activity centre for the whole of Clarence.
We invite you to bring your experience and ideas to the:
Second Clarence City Heart Future Forum
When: 4pm – 8pm, Tuesday 21 March 2023
Where: Clarence on the Bay, located between Rosny College and the Kangaroo Bay Oval up the stairs or lift
Parking: Parking available in surrounding area. At Rosny College, lower carpark of the Bowling club, Kangaroo Bay or Eastlands carpark closest to Cricket Pitch
At our first Future Forum in November 2022, key stakeholders and members of the community came together to discuss the big ideas and priorities for the plan including housing, open space, economic development, arts and culture and transport. This led to the release of the Key Directions Report in December 2022.
This second forum will kick off a six-week engagement period, where concept designs for strategic sites within the City Heart will be shared. These concepts represent big changes that will generate more opportunities for people to live, work, learn, grow, and play here. We want to test and refine the concepts with stakeholders, and we would really value your important perspective to be part of the conversation.
The event will be facilitated by MosaicLab, with consultants MGS Architects and Inspiring Place, as well as council staff, also in the room.

A light meal will be provided. Should you have any accessibility or dietary requirements please let us know in advance.
