Jessica Stokes is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, currently part of group legal at Australia Post and part of the Property Senior Leadership Team at AP. With a strong background in real estate law, strategic property management, and cross-functional collaboration, Jessica has led major initiatives in property strategy, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and sustainability. Previously, Jessica held senior roles at MinterEllison and King & Wood Mallesons, working on significant projects and advising on complex property transactions and development projects across Australia. Known for her commercial acumen, leadership, and trusted advisory skills, Jessica is recognised for driving transformation and delivering results in dynamic environments.
Paul Edwards, National Manager, Controls & Automation, Airmaster

Paul Edwards holds an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Electronics) and is Six Sigma Black Belt trained in Quality Assurance. With over 30 years of experience in the Building Automation industry, Paul brings deep expertise in the design and delivery of automation related IT infrastructure, as well as data collection and management systems. His current role is centred on driving energy efficiency and optimizing building automation systems to support sustainable outcomes.
Paul is member of Airmaster’s Sustainability Committee, contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 His focus on innovation and continuous improvement drives progress in sustainable building technologies.
