Our October Civic Launchpad webinar will highlight the City of Centennial's collaboration with Cembla. Working with Cembla, the City of Centennial has built a tool that pre-screens residential plan submittals for completeness and code compliance before they reach a plans examiner, helping applicants catch issues earlier and shortening review times for residents, contractors, and developers. Kyle Sipes, Plans Examiner, will share what the City has learned so far, give a live demo, and preview some new ideas Centennial is working on.

This is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, and apply action-ready ideas to your own community's approach. This event series takes place every other month on the last Wednesday of the month.
