October 28th Topic: AI to Improve Permitting

Our October Civic Launchpad webinar will highlight the City of Centennial's collaboration with Cembla. Working with Cembla, the City of Centennial has built a tool that pre-screens residential plan submittals for completeness and code compliance before they reach a plans examiner, helping applicants catch issues earlier and shortening review times for residents, contractors, and developers. Kyle Sipes, Plans Examiner, will share what the City has learned so far, give a live demo, and preview some new ideas Centennial is working on.

This is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, and apply action-ready ideas to your own community's approach. This event series takes place every other month on the last Wednesday of the month.

Each Civic Launchpad gathering offers a dynamic mix of learning and community conversation, and is designed to keep momentum going throughout the year without overwhelming your calendar. Speakers and content will be announced prior to each event.
