Congratulations – you’re coming to Wheels at Wanaka 2023 and have entered the Tractor, Traction Engine & Truck Pull Competition.

By registering online you’ve entered yourself and as many wheels and/or engines as you can transport for all three days of Wheels at Wanaka, including set up and earthmoving practice day on Friday April 7th and the main show days on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th April 2023.

On Saturday April 8th and Sunday April 9th, the gates open to the public from 9am and close 4.30pm daily. If possible, please have your exhibition vehicles parked on site before the public gates open at 9.00am. Please use the Exhibitors Gate entrance, which will be open on Thursday and Friday and from 6.30am on Saturday and Sunday. We thank you for your co-operation.

Your entry ticket also allows you free entry to Saturday night’s exhibitor only Shakedown in the Shed Awards, from 5pm until late.

Further information around load-in, camping, Shakedown in the shed awards & Tractor/Truck Pull schedule will be sent closer to the event. Be sure to join the Exhibiting Enthusiast Facebook Group, or follow Wheels at Wanaka on Facebook, Instagram or visit the website for updates.
