Join former educator and watercolour artist Claire Mosley in this fun and relaxing workshop focused on the flora and fauna of Bayside. Nature journaling has recently become a popular trend and is considered the perfect past time to calm the mind, while developing your creative self.

Claire will guide you through your first steps to nature journaling inspired by the local flora of Bayside and will demonstrate basic watercolour techniques to help record your observations.

Bio

Claire Mosley is a watercolour artist, natural dyer and environmental educator who paints and draws on Wurundjeri Country in Narrm, Melbourne. Inspired by the Australian bush, Claire captures the essence of lived moments on her outdoor adventures. You'll find her outside, capturing the skies, the waterways and the flora and fauna within it. Her art encourages others to open their senses and look closer at the wonders of nature around them.

This workshop is suitable for persons 16 years or older, participants under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Our facility is wheelchair friendly, if you have any access concerns please let us know.

Cancellation and Refunds

Bayley Arts reserves the right to cancel this event if the workshop does not reach the minimum number of students or the workshop facilitator falls ill. If Bayley Arts cancels this event you are entitled to a full refund.

If you are no longer able to attend the class, you’re welcome to send someone in your place

A refund can be requested 10 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$50 applies.
A credit note can be requested 4 days before the class starts free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
