Did you know that each and every one of us has access to our own natural, inborn and innate, intuitive abilities?

You might refer to this as your 'hunch', 'gut-feeling' or 'sense of knowing' and you may have experienced it in instances where the phone may have rang and you knew who it was, or you were thinking of someone and you bumped into them while you were out and about. Perhaps you were curious about your purpose, passion and place in the world and a series of synchronicities helped to validate your feelings and guide you towards a path of joy and abundance?

Through quietening the Mind and entering into a state of stillness and surrender, we can tap into our intuition and gain valuable insights into our past and present so that we can create the future that we desire. This can usually be achieved through meditation, however, this can be quite challenging to do when we are in states of heightened emotions and stagnation.

Breathwork is a valuable tool for getting out of our heads and into our bodies, where we can work with our physiology to reset, recalibrate and tap into altered states of consciousness to heal, grow and expand on our life path.

During this state of deep surrender and release, you'll have the opportunity to receive the gifts of a Clairvoyant Healing, facilitated by Nathan Ho & Paula Parissis.

Get ready for an unforgettable Breathwork Journey that will inspire you to breathe a better breath and empower your Spirit to soar!

You will experience:
