CLARA CANTORE (Argentina)

Argentinian artist Clara Cantore returns from Latin America to UK and Europe to expand her musical journey. She'll be making her Scottish debut in Mesh. The artist from Córdoba will perform in cities across Europe and the UK. She will present her new show ‘El Tao de la Música’, a solo concert with her bass and voice. In the first part of the concert she plays songs from her own repertoire, including Calma or Soy Río and then she covers popular Latin American classics like Mediterráneo or Recuerdos de Ypacarai.

In addition to touring across Europe, Asia and the Americas, Clara has performed at major international festivals including Cosquín en Japón (Fukushima, Japan), Karneval der Kulturen (Berlin, Germany), Barnasants (Barcelona, Spain), Cantares (Mexico City), and Hollywood Forever (Los Angeles, USA).

OBIA

Local Govanhill Carribe/Latin combo Obia will be presenting a stripped back set of old and new material. They'll be warming up the venue with a trio, rather than the full band - exploring more reflective, laid back arrangements.
