- Creating a personalised home practice: I will guide you in a breathwork practice that you can easily integrate into your daily life, nurturing ongoing growth and balance (practice will be written down in PDF so you can also do this at home)

- We will explore each breath technique deeply, understanding its intention and how it connects with our inner energy.

Throughout our time together, we will focus on:

- Achieving clarity through aligning mind and heart, harmonizing our thoughts and emotions to foster inner peace and understanding.

- Embracing the essence of purpose, gaining deeper insights into who you truly are and your unique path in life.
