Clarity, Connection & Community For Mid Life Women

Prepare for an engaging evening with like minded women all wondering the same thing..."Where did I GO" once I became 'mum', 'wife', 'partner', 'daughter', 'the Boss', 'the business owner'...??

We have an hour and a half together to explore what this mid life world is all about, why we feel the way we do and why or WHY is another pile of grotty laundry that no one else could be bothered actually PUTTING into the laundry basket, be the thing that breaks the proverbial camel's back? And you don't even own a camel!

Jokes aside, it can be a tough time. We have spent SO much time putting everyone's wants and needs ahead of our own, we are still working out butt's off and certainly not yet close to retirement. And you're tired. You have no idea when the anxiety started. Or when you lost sight of your waistline. Or if indeed you do need a swathe of hormones to balance everything. You just want to have a nice lie down.

Together we will explore some of these things (nothing 'heavy'!) and you can go home armed with some info, a decent dollop of relaxation from all that laughter and a 'kick meno to the curb' type meditation. You'll love it. I promise. See you soon!
