Clarity, Courage, & Confidence Sound Bath Experience

Dear Community,

Join us for an immersive sound bath experience designed to cultivate clarity, courage, and confidence within. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to guide you on a transformative journey, aligning your mind, body, and spirit.

Each participant will be gifted a Tiger's Eye gemstone. Believed to help clear mental blocks and confusion, allowing for better focus and decision-making. Tiger's Eye is thought to instill a sense of inner strength and bravery. It promotes a positive attitude and a strong sense of self, making it easier to trust in your decisions and stand firm in your beliefs.

Donation: While our sessions are free to attend, donations are deeply appreciated and help sustain these community gatherings. A suggested donation of $15-$25 ensures that we can continue to offer these enriching experiences to all who seek them. Donations are accepted the day of event or via our RSVP link.

What to Expect:

• Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
• Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
• Guided Meditation: A soothing guided meditation focused on clarity, courage, & confidence.
• Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
• Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience, feel free to bring a journal & pen.
• Connection with like-minded individuals in a supportive community setting

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Small pillows or bolster for added comfort
• Blanket
• Journal with pen
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle with lid
• Open mind

Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot early.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Session will begin promptly at 7pm to honor everyone's time, doors open at 6:30pm, arrive early to settle in.
