COVID Safe Management Plan

We ask that you do not attend the event if you:

Have had close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Or anyone in your household has tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Are awaiting test results for COVID-19.
Have returned from overseas, interstate or a COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days and been instructed to quarantine.
Have experienced any of the following in the last 72 hours:
1. Fever (high temperature ≥ 37.5 ºC)
2. Sweats or chills
3. Shortness of breath
4. Vomitting
5. Diarrhoea
6. Flu like symptoms such as cough, sore throat, headaches and fatigue (tiredness)

All guests will need to check in via the Queensland Government COVID-19 app on arrival to the venue. It is expected that all guests apply hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing (1.5m) at all times throughout the event.

For contact tracing all ticket holders must supply their name, email, street address (if an email is not available) and mobile number at the time of ticket purchase. This information may need to be used by, and disclosed to the Public Health Authority for purposes related to public health and safety, should the need arise and be kept for a minimum of 56 days post event.

Social distancing, of a minimum 1.5 meters, with non-household members must be maintained at all times throughout the event.

John Paul College Ltd ABN 14 010 160 371 (John Paul College or College) is seeking to collect personal information from you so that we may register your attendance for this event. If you do not provide the personal information requested, we may be unable to issue you a ticket to this event. The personal information we are seeking to collect from you includes name, postal address, email address and mobile phone number, including health screening as relevant to COVID-19.

John Paul College’s Privacy Policy is available on the College website at www.jpc.qld.edu.au and includes information about the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, how you may access and seek correction of your personal information as well as how you can make a complaint about a breach of your privacy.
