How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Class of 2005 - Please join us as we reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate 20 years since we graduated together!


Date: Saturday 7 June 2025

Timing: 5.00pm - 9.00pm

Venue: The Lounge Bar, Normanby Hotel

Ticket: $50 per person (your ticket will include light bites and a drink on arrival)

Dress: Smart casual 

School Tour: 3.30pm - 4.30pm - An optional tour of BGS including STEAM Precinct, Heritage Precinct and the ISC. Please register if you would like to attend.

Please note: 

  • All attendees require a ticket.
  • This is a BGS Old Boys' only event

    Booking Instructions:

Bookings must be made by clicking on the Buy Tickets button.

  • A quantity of 1 must be selected for all tickets required.
  • Bookings must be made by 12pm on Friday 30 May 2025.


Refunds:

Self-service refunds can be made up to 7 days prior to the event using the Manage Order button on your order confirmation email. A 3% processing fee will apply. Please note, from 12pm, Friday 30 May 2025, event refunds cannot be approved as final numbers have been provided.
