Class of 2024 Graduation

We warmly invite you to this year's Graduation Celebration dinner! Please ready your best gowns and black ties for an evening of drinks and mingling, followed by a delicious meal and dancing until late! 

The event will be held on Friday 8 November at the Orange Function Centre, from 6:30pm.

5.30pm FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHS On the lawns inside the Wolaroi Campus Main Gates
6.30pm ARRIVAL OF GUESTS
7:30pm GUESTS SEATED AND MAIN MEAL SERVED
8:00pm WELCOME AND TOASTS
8:30pm DANCING
10.30pm EVENING CONCLUDES

Ticketing

Please note that each family is strictly allocated a maximum of 3 tickets to accommodate a student and two parents/carers. Students and parents/carers will be seated together. If your family has special circumstances that require additional tickets, please contact Harriet Alker at halker@kws.nsw.edu.au as soon as possible with your request.

Seating 

Tables accommodate nine people / three families and you may nominate your table companions. If you do not nominate your table companions you will be automatically allocated to a table.

Please coordinate with your friends in advance to decide on the two families you would like to sit with. When purchasing your tickets, please inform us of these families, and we will do our best to seat you together on the night. Please note that seating is limited at each table, and we will accommodate your requests to the extent possible.
