I would like to invite you to two very special classes with my Himalayan Yoga Teacher, Yogi P. With over 12 years experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, he lives and breathes yoga and is deeply committed to sharing the yogic teachings while visiting Australia. Yogi P delivers a very unique experience. His powerful practice seamlessly synchronizes breath and body, creating a deeply transformative experience. These classes will allow you to breathe deeper, understand breath to body connection, work on strength and flexibility, as well as correct alignment. We will finish each class with a Yoga Nidra ( commonly known as yogic sleep) which is deeply supportive for the nervous system. Overall, the practice will leave you feeling a sense of peace, openness, and deeply nourished.

He will be running two classes in Southport:

*Beginners Class 7am -8:30am. Perfect for those starting their yoga journey.

*Intermediate to Advanced Class 9am -10:30 am. Tailored for yoga teachers seeking to deepen their own practice and knowledge.
