Price FREE – $20 AUD Get tickets

Event description

Learn how to make the yummiest, most delicious gnocchi in Napoletana sauce you've ever had! Strap yourselves in guys...this is gonna be fun!

Rose Ottavi-Kokkoris is a self-professed lover of people and food, usually in that order. She has a background in comedy, stand-up, cabaret, performance and storytelling. However her greatest love is sharing the food of her childhood. She ran an Italian-style cafe for four and a half years in North Hobart, until 2019 called "Patanella-Little Potato" (the nickname given to her when she was a child) and most recently runs private 'dinner and a show' events called "Mamma Rosa's MastaPasta Classes", where she creates a three-course meal in character as her alter ego, 'Mamma Rosa', a brash, and buxom Italian character who sings, tells stories and cooks her Italian heart out!

This workshop culminates in a shared meal (from 7.30pm - 8.00pm). Please advise of dietary requirements at checkout. Please note that some dietary requirements may not be able to be met due to the nature of this cuisine. Get in touch with us if you have any concerns or queries.

Don't forget to bring a takeaway container to take home any leftovers!
