Please join me for an interactive Asymmetry Workshop, where we will explore your individual movement patterns and identify the Pilates exercises and variations that may best support your body’s needs.

Paul Cubitt
Graduating from Brighton University in BSc Sports and Exercise Science his first role saw him build and develop a successful GP referral scheme which led him on a journey of health and wellness of his clients. With over 20 years experience, his journey has taken him personal training, massaging, movement coaching and running gym facilities in England, Dubai and here in New Zealand. He has relocated from the Bay of Islands where he worked alongside Physiotherapists who introduced him to The Pilates Method. He is proud to have been part of peoples journeys such as to be the first Arab woman to have climbed Mount Everest, and for helping change a life where climbing flights of stairs is now a daily habit and part of which eventually lead to a more healthy lifestyle to have a child. Hearing stories of being able to put on pants in the morning without struggling and being able to do hobbies such as gardening without pain is Paul’s drive. Paul's focus is on reducing pain and moving freely to enable people to perform their life activities including work and play to the best of your ability. Paul holds a Romana Pilates International Advanced Pilates certification.

Jamie Trout
I'm an Atlanta native. I trained in classical ballet at the North Carolina School of the Arts, and the discipline and body control I learned there became the foundation for everything after it. I achieved the level of teacher in 1998, under Romana Kryzanowska — protégé of Joseph Pilates. Back then she was the only person in the world who could deem you qualified to teach his work, and she administered my test herself. I started teaching in Atlanta, at The Pilates Studio at the Atlanta Ballet and at Body Central. In 2001 I opened a studio at the Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, and taught there for six years, while continuing to work under Sari Mejia Santo at True Pilates New York. My original training was under Romana, Sari Mejia Santo and Juanita Lopez. Afterwards I went on training with Romana, Sari and Daria Pace, and I had the privilege of traveling with all three. In 2005 Romana recognised me as a Teacher Trainer. In March 2026 I was promoted to Level 2. After all that travelling I wanted to plant roots in a city close to family, and I chose Charleston. I still travel to train Romana's Pilates teachers around the world, and then I come home and teach here. “Jamie Trout, a classically trained ballerina who studied Pilates under the revered Romana Kryzanowska, is one of the Ritz’s top trainers.”

Beth Domino
Senior Classical Pilates Teacher & Teacher Trainer Beth Domino brings more than 30 years of personal Pilates practice and over 20 years of teaching experience to her work. Beth first discovered Pilates in 1993 while recovering from a foot injury during her career as a professional ballet dancer. She went on to dance professionally with Centra Pro Danza in Cuba, Milwaukee Ballet Company and Dance Alive in Florida, with Pilates becoming an integral part of maintaining and understanding her body throughout her dance career. In 2002, Beth turned her passion for Pilates into a profession, completing her Authentic Pilates Teacher Certification with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ renowned protégée and successor. Since then, Beth has taught a wonderfully diverse range of clients — from people recovering from injury or simply wanting to move and feel better, through to professional athletes, LPGA golfers and international equestrians. Beth is known for her exceptional eye for movement, her depth of knowledge of the Classical Pilates Method and her ability to see what an individual body needs. She is equally passionate about developing the next generation of Pilates teachers and now focuses much of her work on teacher training, mentoring and continuing education. At the heart of Beth’s teaching is a deep respect for the original work of Joseph Pilates and a genuine passion for helping people discover what their bodies are capable of.
