Event description
Please join us for the spring buffet on the evening of Friday, April 11th. Our Level 2 Professional Cook students have worked hard all semester and are eager to showcase what they have learned. They offer you a variety of culinary creations that will be a feast for the eyes as well as your palate! Past buffets have included a carving station, fish & shellfish station, a host of side dishes, cheese & charcuterie, breads and sweet treats to finish your meal with. Beverages (both non-alcoholic and alcolholic) are not included in the price of the buffet, but can be purchased at the event.
