Claudia Schmidt comes to Friday Night Folk 3.14.25
Description
Claudia Schmidt: a night of music, poetry, laughter, and celebration!
Claudia Schmidt has spent years honing her craft with her guitar, dulcimer, and many audiences. She blends folk, jazz, blues, and spoken word into a performance that is both quirky and captivating. Claudia fuses her original work with deeply personal renditions of songs from other artists. The result? A raw, captivating look at the world from someone who speaks with clarity, humor, and wonder.
The San Francisco Bay Guardian calls her shows “a lot like falling in love–you never know what’s going to happen, but chances are it’s going to be wonderful.” Garrison Keillor says, “When Claudia sings a song, it stays sung.”
Don’t miss this concert! March 14 at All Souls in New London. Be there for songs, snacks, and camaraderie!
