Join us for a wholesome Sunday morning at Little Paint Co.

Begin with a gentle yoga flow and soothing yin practice, followed by sound bowl meditation led by Hannah from Innerglow Guide.🤍

After grounding your mind & body, channel your creativity with a hands-on workshop where you'll make a beautiful clay incense holder (or a dish of your choice), guided by Sharnah & Charissa from Little Paint Co.🌀

This unique experience combines relaxation and artistic expression, perfect for nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. 

Tea & Snacks provided.

*you'll have a select choice of colour wash for your incense holder. Glazing & firing is included in your ticket price- Sharnah will text you when your creation is ready to pick up from Little Paint Co studio.
