Working with clay has been shown to encourage mindfulness, reduce stress and create a sense of calm. As your hands become busy, your nervous system has the opportunity to soften, allowing creativity to replace overthinking.

Create beautiful functional and decorative pieces you’ll treasure for years.

Each week gently builds on the last, so you’ll leave with both new skills and growing confidence.
