Clay Workshop: Mono-print & Slab Platter

Event description
Create your own clay slab mono-print with celebrated Gumbaynggirr Artist Alison Williams, and then turn the slab into a platter dish!
We will carve and press a design into the slab of clay, roll on ink and print it onto thick paper
THEN we will use our slab to create a platter dish!
Once the piece is fired here on-site it will be washed with an oxide to get into all the impressions on the designs, then they'll be glaze fired
Once they're glazed, they'll be ready for pickup or posted to wherever you are
This is a bit new and different from our usual Pot n Sip so don't miss out!
