Fishburners is a not for profit community of entrepreneurs that is dedicated to growing tech startups - and Friday Night Pitches is Australia's largest, most regular event in the ecosystem. This Friday, we are joining forces with the ClimateLaunchpad National Pitch Final.

Please note that as this is a pitch finale, this Friday will be longer than our usual pitch nights (two hours in length)!

Cleantech watcher, corporate green leader or general bright thinker?

Watch the green wave unfold before your eyes and step into the future where big data eliminates crop failure, finance systems incentivise sustainable investments and glue is made from algae instead of oil. For starters.

ClimateLaunchpad is the world’s biggest cleantech and green business ideas competition. After months of rigorous training, intense coaching and regional pitch finals, the ClimateLaunchpad teams have finally reached the Australian National Finals. This is where it all comes together and you get to witness the country’s most viable green start-ups battle it out for a spot in the global finals. Their goal? Global climate impact. And winning of course. Find out more about ClimateLaunchpad and read about the nine pitching teams here.

Be part of this green wave, learn some pitch tips, and join us! This is a great event for entrepreneurs, and aspiring entrepreneurs who don't know where to start.

The $10 entry fee covers your pizza, snacks and drinks, and is directed back into the Fishburners community.

About Fishburners

Fishburners is much more than a coworking space. We are a not for profit, passionate community of 300+ scalable tech startups that only exists thanks to our amazing sponsors - Google for Startups, UTS, Chartered Accountants, and Jobs for NSW. We are dedicated to inspiring and helping startups get started, grow and succeed. Our goal is to make the hardest thing you’ve ever done easier!

We do this through our different memberships which provide the facilities, resources, learning and development, mentoring, and connections that you need for your idea to come to life and flourish. We also open our doors and host some of the largest, regular events in the Australian startup ecosystem, including our bi-weekly lunch & learn workshops, and Shark Tank-style, Friday night pitches. Member or not, you're welcome to attend and/or get involved! Any questions about memberships or events, please feel free to email events@fishburners.org.
