** To earn your certification you will need to attend all sessions and pass the final exam. **

This is a third-party certification course and instruction is product agnostic. Registered students who pass the required exams will receive a Rock Star Badge and certificate for this course.  

Collect all the badges to earn a Rock Star Expert certification.

A certification exam must be passed with an 80% to earn an Academy certification. Your instructor, Dave Thompson, is a 50-year veteran of the industry having owned and operated a building service contracting company, consulted with thousands of operations across the US and abroad, and taught professional development to thousands of students around the globe.

He will be demonstrating 'best practices' during any LIVE remote learning sessions.  When joining via remote, we encourage you to have a webcam in order to have two-way communication for the best outcomes.
