It’s our final breakfast event for 2024 and our fabulous guest speaker to wind up the year, is Charlotte Thaarup from the Mindfulness Clinic!

This session will provide us with an opportunity to reflect on the year that was and to set some clear intentions for 2025 - both for our organisations and personally. Charlotte will show us how we prime our subconscious to work towards our intentions, how to clear the intention for competing commitments (saboteurs) and how to deal with derailing.

Charlotte Thaarup-Owen, Director of The Mindfulness Clinic is an internationally experienced clinical mindfulness consultant and transformative educator.

Charlotte Thaarup is one of the pioneers of Mindfulness within Australia, having trained hundreds of psychologists in Mindfulness, many businesses leaders, as well as individuals from all walks of life. Her ‘Mindfulness@Work’ program, and her ‘Mindful Leadership program’ are some of the first corporate mindfulness programs within Australia. She has had a particular focus on mindfulness of the body and mindful leadership.

She is also contributing to Newcastle University’s Executive MBA with Mindful Leadership in Singapore and Corrective Services Executive Leadership Program.
