Sound healing is a sacred healing modality that can help open and balance the seven chakras, which are the energy centres in the body.

In this Immersion session, I will be taking you through a step-by-step tuning into each energy centre through guided meditation helping you tap into each chakra, recognise any blockages and then give you the key to release what is holding you back in that specific area.

You will be guided to:

Step into your personal power, create confidence and realise your self-worth.

Unblock emotional blockages, and enhance your creativity and sensuality.

Experience a powerful flow of life force energy and connection to self and others.

Open your heart to feel a profound sense of unity, inner peace and the ability to give & receive unconditional love.

Trust your intuition by tapping into the cosmic energy that guides you to connect and receive its unlimited source.

This will help to Improve sleep and become more grounded, focused, and energized.

I look forward to journey with you.

Much love and light Mitra
