Clearway Conference & Awards 2026
About Clearway Conference & Awards 2026
Clearway brings together infrastructure owners, contractors, road controlling authorities, regulators, health and safety leaders, consultants and senior decision-makers from across transport, utilities and infrastructure for a day of practical insight, honest conversation and meaningful connection.
Built around systems thinking, risk-based practice and capability uplift, Clearway explores how we can collectively improve the way work is planned, delivered and experienced across New Zealand's networks.
More than a conference, Clearway is a sector-led forum designed to challenge thinking, share practical solutions and strengthen collaboration across the organisations shaping the future of our infrastructure systems.

What to expect
From the moment you arrive, Clearway is designed to encourage connection, learning and collaboration. Expect engaging speakers, practical discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities and access to the Engagement Hub, where organisations from across the sector will showcase ideas, technology and solutions supporting better delivery outcomes.
Throughout the day, delegates will gain valuable insights from industry leaders, engage in thought-provoking discussions, explore practical examples of innovation and implementation, and contribute to conversations focused on improving outcomes across the system. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, capability and continuous improvement, Clearway provides a unique opportunity to learn from peers, challenge thinking and build meaningful industry connections.
Beyond the conference sessions, attendees can explore the Engagement Hub, meet exhibitors, discover new technologies and solutions, and connect with organisations delivering change across New Zealand. Dedicated networking opportunities are woven throughout the day, creating space for conversations that often become the catalyst for future partnerships, projects and ideas.
Whether you're a strategic decision-maker, operational leader, practitioner or industry partner, Clearway offers an environment where systems thinking, practical experience and innovation come together to support safer, smarter and more effective delivery across New Zealand's networks.
