The Classic Landcruiser Expo & Car Show (CLECS) 2026 returns to the Caboolture Showgrounds on Saturday 17 October 2026, bringing together thousands of Landcruiser enthusiasts, families, restorers, collectors, adventurers and industry leaders from across Australia.
What started as a grassroots gathering of passionate Landcruiser owners has rapidly evolved into Australia's premier classic Landcruiser event. Following the success of 3,600 attendees in 2025, CLECS 2026 is projected to attract more than 4,500 visitors, making it the largest celebration of classic Toyota Landcruisers in the country.
Whether you own a Landcruiser, are restoring one, dream of owning one, or simply enjoy great family-friendly events, CLECS offers an unforgettable experience for all ages.

The Toyota Landcruiser has over half a century of history in the agricultural, mining, construction, touring and adventuring sides of Australian culture, as such it has become the most iconic off-roader in the history of Australian motoring. The groundswell of interest in these vehicles over the past few years has been unexpected and seismic, so pop along and witness the largest gathering of classic Landcruisers in the southern hemisphere!

Competition Car Show & Awards
See hundreds of Australia's finest classic Toyota Landcruisers compete across multiple categories, showcasing everything from concours-quality restorations to purpose-built touring and off-road vehicles. CLECS was always about 40 & 60 Series Landcruiser, but this year marks the inclusion of 70 Series Vehicles in the Car Show, and Hilux models as special guest display vehicles! The day concludes with the highly anticipated CLECS Awards Ceremony, recognising outstanding vehicles, restorations and community contributions.

Licensed Bar
Our fully licensed bar will be operating across the event, serving a range of beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and other refreshments. Whether you're relaxing after exploring the displays or catching up with fellow enthusiasts, we've got you covered. Please note that BYO alcohol is not permitted in the show arena, and we encourage everyone to drink responsibly.

On-Site Camping
Make a weekend of it and camp alongside fellow enthusiasts at the Caboolture Showgrounds. Camping tickets are available through Humanitix and provide the perfect opportunity to enjoy the full CLECS experience while connecting with Landcruiser owners from across Australia. The camp sites are located within the showgrounds and can be accessed via Gate 3 on Beerburrum Road.

- 5:00 am - 8:30 am
Participant Entry
The showground gates will be open exclusively for registered display vehicle participants between 5:00am and 8:30am. We encourage all participants to arrive as early as possible to allow plenty of time for check-in and to park their entered vehicle in its designated display location. Display positions will be allocated by event staff on the day, and our volunteers will be on hand to assist with directing vehicles. To help ensure a safe and efficient setup, all display vehicles should be parked and ready before the event opens to the public.

Show Commences - Public Address by Event Organisers
Once all the vehicles are at their designated spots, the gates will open to the general public from 9:00am. Campers who are not displaying a vehicle may also enter from this time, provided they hold a valid camping pass. and a General admission Ticket. The show kickstarts with a public address from the Event Organisers along with the introduction to this years vehicle display, participating sponsors, vendors, and the volunteers. Visitors can then enjoy a full day of classic Toyota Landcruiser displays, trade exhibitors, swap meet stalls, food vendors, live entertainment, demonstrations, a licensed bar, charity fundraising activities and much more.

Vehicle Judging & Event Activities
Following the official welcome and public address, judging for the CLECS 2026 Car Show will commence. Display vehicle participants are kindly requested to remain close to their vehicles during this time, as judges may wish to speak with owners or inspect particular features of their Landcruisers. While judging is underway, visitors are invited to explore hundreds of Australia's finest classic Toyota Landcruisers, meet passionate owners, and learn about the history and restoration of these iconic vehicles. When it's time to take a break, enjoy a delicious selection of food from our diverse range of food vendors or relax with a refreshing beverage from our fully licensed bar. Throughout the day, there will also be live entertainment, trade displays, swap meet stalls, charity fundraising activities, and plenty of attractions and activities for both children and adults, ensuring there's something for the whole family to enjoy.

Judging Results & Awards Presentation
As judging concludes, our panel of judges will finalise the results across each vehicle category before the much-anticipated CLECS 2026 Awards Presentation Ceremony. Join us as we recognise and celebrate the outstanding vehicles, restorations, and passionate owners who have helped make this year's event a success. Whether you're a participant or a spectator, the awards ceremony is a fantastic way to wrap up the day's festivities and acknowledge the dedication and craftsmanship within the classic Toyota Landcruiser community. Following the presentation of awards, the Classic Landccruiser Expo & Car Show (CLECS) 2026 will officially conclude. We thank everyone for attending and supporting the event, and we look forward to welcoming you back next year.

- Which vehicles are eligible to participate in the Car Show?
CLECS celebrates classic Toyota Landcruisers, including:
40 Series
45 Series
55 Series
60 Series
Early 70 Series (Pre-1989 models only!)
Hilux Guest Display Vehicles (Pre-1989 models only!))
We request everyone to adhere to the above categories only.
- Can I register my vehicle on the day?
No, all CLECS Car show entries must be pre-booked. Please do not rock up at the gates unannounced. Thank you.
- Can I bring my own alcohol at the venue?
NO. alcohol is not permitted in the show arena. This applies to everyone including the attendees, campers, vendors, and car show participants. All cars entering the show arena will be subject to a thorough check.
The Venue does have a licensed Bar, however, you can bring your own alcohol into the camping grounds as long as its cans only! GLASS BOTTLES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- What are the Camping check-in and check-out times?
Friday Night Camping (Friday Only)
If you have booked Friday night camping only, you may access the campground during the following times:
Check-in: Friday, 16 October 2026 from 2:00 PM
Check-out: Saturday, 17 October 2026 by 9:00 AM
Saturday Night Camping (Saturday Only)
If you have booked Saturday night camping only, you may access the campground during the following times:
Check-in: Saturday, 17 October 2026 from 8:00 AM
Check-out: Sunday, 18 October 2026 by 9:00 AM
Weekend Camping (Friday & Saturday Nights)
If you have booked camping for both Friday and Saturday nights, your camping times are:
Check-in: Friday, 16 October 2026 from 2:00 PM
Check-out: Sunday, 18 October 2026 by 9:00 AM
- Where are the Camp Sites in the Showgrounds?
Camping is available within the Caboolture Showgrounds and can be accessed via Gate 3 on Beerburrum Road.
Upon entering through Gate 3, the camping areas are located immediately on both the left-hand and right-hand sides of the entrance.
Please note: Camping sites are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving as close to your designated check-in time as possible to secure your preferred campsite.
If you're having trouble locating the camping area, please refer to the camping site map below or ask one of our event or showground staff upon arrival, who will be happy to assist you.
- Are campfires or fire pits allowed on camp sites?
Strictly NO! There are fines in place as its a fire hazard.
- Can I enter more than one vehicle?
Yes! You are welcome to register multiple vehicles for display.
Please note the following:
If you are entering more than one of your own vehicles, you will need to complete a separate Vehicle Entry registration for each vehicle and provide the details for each one.
If you are registering a vehicle on behalf of someone else, please provide the vehicle owner's details, along with the vehicle's make, model and any other requested information during registration.
This ensures each vehicle is correctly registered and judged in the appropriate category.
- Are food and drinks available?
Yes. A variety of food vendors will be operating throughout the day, along with coffee, refreshments and a licensed bar.
- Can I become a vendor or exhibitor?
Yes! Vendor applications are welcome. ALL CLECS main sponsor slots are already taken but if you wish to particpate as a vendor, please contact the CLECS team through our website or social media channels for availability.

Please note: Vendor applications will only be entertained till 31st July 2026.
- Are dogs or pets allowed?
YES. As long as the pets are are on a leash.
- Where do the proceeds from the event go?
CLECS is proudly operated by CLECS Expo Limited, a registered charity. Event proceeds are reinvested into future events and charitable initiatives, including support for Long Drive for Drought in support of Farm Angels.
