Climate Action Breakfast - communication
Event description
Effective climate and nature communication for businesses
It can be hard to navigate what to say publicly about your organisation’s sustainability journey. Celebrating progress comes with risks of greenwashing accusations but staying silent and you might be accused of not taking positive action.
This introductory breakfast event is aimed at those wanting to learn what makes for effective climate and nature communications, why it’s important, and how to avoid greenwashing and greenhushing. The event is open to anyone involved in climate and nature action at their organisation, but we particularly encourage you to invite your comms colleagues to come along.
Hear from our panel:
- Jenny Briggs from Greenhouse PR
- Emmelie Brownlee from Energiesprong
- TBC
A light breakfast will be provided over networking. The event is free thanks to our Climate Action Programme supporters, but places are limited so do reserve your spot.
