Reducing the emissions of your supply chain is one of the most impactful actions you can take to lower your organisation’s impact on climate and nature and future-proof your business.

Engaging and supporting suppliers therefore provides a huge opportunity to drive progress towards climate goals.

Join us for the second of two introductory Climate Action Breakfasts on supplier engagement in partnership with Redcliffe & Temple and City Centre BIDs, on 27 November at Burges Salmon.

The first event shared tips on how to get ready to start engaging suppliers, this session will focus on how to engage and support suppliers, manage data and embed sustainability into procurement processes.

We will be focusing on practical steps and actions organisations can take, hearing from Sara Telahoun, Associate Director at 3ADAPT on:

How best to engage suppliers;
How to support suppliers to monitor and reduce their emissions;
Embedding climate considerations within the procurement process;
Tracking and reviewing supplier engagement progress.

We will also have Emily Greenwood from Greenhouse Communications and Thomas Finn from UWE Bristol share their experience.

Attendees will be encouraged to identify actions to take forward beyond the session and reflect on their organisation’s supplier engagement journey so far.

A light breakfast will be provided. The event is free thanks to our Climate Action Programme supporters, but places are limited so do reserve your spot.
