Thank you for registering for Earth Ed's Climate Change Education Forum. We are excited to have your school represented at this event.

Please note the following terms and conditions, which are considered accepted when your registration is confirmed via this email. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions.

* Maximum of five (5) students per school
* Government school students only
* Schools must adhere to the staff-student ratio required by the Department of Education, Victoria
* Teachers attending are expected to actively supervise, participate and engage in the Forum
* Morning tea and lunch will be provided
* It is your responsibility to bring a first aid kid and any required student medications
* This is a child safe event. All adult attendees will be required to sign in and show their valid VIT or working with children check (WWWC). Adults without a WWCC will not be allowed on school premises.
* Please notify Earth Ed of any special requirements at least 14 days prior to the event start date
* A photographer and videographer will be present throughout the Forum. It is your responsibility to let Earth Ed staff know if there are any students/staff without signed photo permissions. Images captured during the event may be used by the hosting organisations for publications, social media and advertising purposes.

Cancellation
Earth Ed must be advised of any changes to numbers or cancellations at least 4 (school) weeks prior to the event. We aim to be flexible, please keep us updated with any changes or issues with your booking.

*  Any school that cancels a booking within four (4) (school) weeks of the event date will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per student
*  Any school that cancels within two (2) (school) weeks of the event date will be charged a $100 administration fee plus a cancellation fee of $30 per student
*  Any school that cancels within one (1) (school) week of the event date will be charged a $250 administration fee plus a cancellation fee of $30 per student
*  If you do not notify us of cancellation or change in your booking within 48 hours (2 school days) of the event date, a $500 cancellation fee plus a $30 per student fee will be charged
*  Any costs incurred by Earth Ed associated with your cancellation or changes will be passed on in full to the cancelling school.
