To the edge of tomorrow In
spring 2023, a group of creatives joined mission scientists aboard the
Schooner Opal for a 900km expedition to gather micro-plastics data in
remote Icelandic waters not previously studied. Unseasonal late-winter
storms - arguably the result of rising ocean temperatures - hampered the
voyage, and caused the mission work to end abruptly.
